Annual General Meeting - the AGM

(Committee) The AGM updates the members on the club\'s activities and financial position for the year 2011.

In addition, all committee positions are up for grabs.  Usually members agreeing to continue are voted back in unopposed, but the positions of members stepping down require to be filled.  This year Jean and Scott are stepping down as president and vice president respectively.  Voluntary co-opted positions are also reviewed.

Any changes that have been proposed to the constitution or the standing orders are also voted on.  There are two such changes so far.

For the above reasons, it\'s important that we have a quorum at the AGM, so you are all most warmly invited to come along.

There is no slide show on that evening.

Alaska and Morroco adventures

(Club Meets) 8pm Striling Rugby Club. Shaw Murry will do his Alaska talk followed by Dave Simpson giving us a talk about his trip to Morroco.
 
There will be time to ask questions and the evening will be concluded by a presentation do Nigels mountain biking DVD of the trip to Dunfries last year.
