This wee event is aimed at those with a reasonable degree of basic map work confidence. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for folk to rehearse the essential skills of navigation in limited visibilty.
There are 12 places available: please phone or txt Andy Cloquet on 07788967353 to book a place. There will be a reserve list.
You will need to be kitted for a short hill trip, including a map that covers the N. West Ochils (Harveys Ochils map provides the complete range of hills whereas you will need No. 58 if you are using OS maps), compass & headtorch.
Meet outside The Meadow Park hotel (Bridge of Allan), close to the West entrance to the University, @ 18.30hrs on Wednesday 26th March.
