Rucksacks, Braemar Meet - 22nd-24th Feb 2008 8 Months, 1 Week ago
Hi

Just a reminder that the Braemar meet (22nd -24th Feb) opens tomorrow. We will be in the 'Rucksacks' bunkhouse and there is a pub just over the road. For more info, click here or for info on the accommodation, click here. Cost pppn apparently depends on your chosen room. Stu will be sending me details.

I will be at the club tomorrow to take names

Nigel, If there's spaces left over my son (non-member) would come up from Uni at Aberdeen to join his old man for a hill or two. Either in the 8-bed where I am already or the two of us could upgrade to the 4-bed dorm if that's a less popular one. I'll pop in on Thursday with the cash if this is a goer.

Rucksacks Sleeping Bags 6 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Hi

If you are booked into the Alpine Hut at Rucksacks, Braemar then you will need to bring a sleeping bag. The website indicates that for all other rooms, sleeping bags are not required as bedding is provided.

The hostel is at: http://www.multim...621:-3.40181:16|AB35%205YL|AB35%205YL

Address: 15 Mar Road,Braemar,Aberdeenshire,AB35 5YL

List of who is in which room:

Alpine Bunkhouse: Lucy,Nigel,Anne,Scott,Jo,Adrian,Greg,Gordon,Phil,Dave M

Dorm In Cottage: Dave G,Elke,Roddy,Fergal,Jim T,Niall G,Tricia T

Cottage Twin: Katie,Robin

Cabin Twin: Drummond,Laura

Katie Has dropped out, so there are 6 places free. I will phone Kate @ Rucksacks Fri and let her know that the we have not managed to fill the 4 bed cabin dorm, in case she can re-let it and save the OMC some cash (thus leaving 2 places free).

20 Folk are planning to attend. If you not booked in and wish to attend then just turn up... Phone me on 07841 340388 for last minute info!
