Sorry for not replying sooner - I was away yesterday on business.

All this meet really needs is someone who can take the names - there isn't any fees to book this time (although if someone could collect any voluntary money during the event that would be great). And enough people should be going who have their own keys that access to the cottage should not be a problem.

If Jean, or anyone else can deputise if Matt gets a place on the CIC hut meet then that would be much appreciated.

PS apologies for getting the two venues on the same weekend - unfortunately the CIC hut tends to get booked up quickly so it's take what you can get...
